    somatics provides healing to those with complex trauma, especially those for whom traditional therapies aren’t helpful.

    reiki is healing energy passed through the practitioner’s hands. reiki can provide a sense of deep ease + support to those who are open.

    movement is medicine. expect an athletic experience coupled with a curated playlist, mindful pauses, and group interaction.

who i am

Jen Nigro is an experienced multi-disciplinary teacher, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and DOE-approved Trauma Educator. in addition, she is a survivor of childhood abuse + neglect navigating C-PTSD alongside clients every day. her no-nonsense, practical approach helps survivors trust that there are safe people out there—people who mean what they say and say what they mean.
