Fall Equinox Reiki + Intention Setting

Fall Equinox Reiki + Intention Setting

We often see Fall as a lead into the harsher winter months, but the fall and winter seasons are a time of great growth. This is where we are called to sow the seeds that will root us for the coming year, and tend to anything we’ve left unfinished throughout the spring and summer seasons.

We’ll begin with journaling, reflection, + intention setting, followed by hands on Reiki Energy with Jen. We’ll end with a ritual sealing our intentions for the Fall Equinox, capturing this transformative energy for the growth season ahead.

This workshop will be held at Brooklyn Yoga Project.
