What’s your cancellation policy?

For private sessions, you must cancel or reschedule 72 hours in advance. Your session will be dropped back into your account for future use. Within 72 hours, you’ll be charged the full fee of your session.

What about for classes?

You can cancel a group class based on the cancellation policy of the studio or gym—check their site for more information.

What’s your late policy?

You can arrive 5 minutes late for an in person session, or 10 minutes late for a virtual session. Thereafter you will forfeit your session + the full session price will be charged.

Can I get a refund?

At this time Jen Nigro Yoga does not offer cash or credit card refunds.

When does my session expire?

All private sessions have no expiration date—there’s no cap on the time you can take to use them.

My session is virtual—when will my link arrive?

Links are emailed by Arketa at the time of enrollment and 2 hours prior to session. Virtual sessions occur via Zoom; we recommend checking your Zoom before time of session to make sure it’s up to date.

My sessions is in person—what’s the location?

Follow the Google Map information embedded in your confirmation email. Can’t find the email? No sweat! Log in to your account and select the class or session; your confirmation will pull up location details.
