mover, healer, boundary-breaker.

i’ve been dancing for as long as i can remember (before i could talk!) + have found true home in the ability to heal through movement. i teach yoga, sure—but really i teach the ability to sift through all the shit that goes on it our heads while we’re not on our mats + tunnel it back into the light with our bodies instead of our brains. once we see it, we can move it. i live by the premise:

“bring it all in, breathe it all out.”

created for survivors of PTSD + C-PTSD, the release excavates truth buried deep within the body through a mix of breathwork, somatics + Reiki both in person + virtually.

yoga.

built on Jen’s dance background fused with her experience in fitness, the flow is a music-driven athletic experience built for its regular practitioners.

cardio.

an all-around good time, the movement is set to bumping beats + optimized to tone every muscle in your body with cardio breaks in between. you’ll laugh, sing, + sweat—all in just 45 minutes.
